Many of my fans have been asking questions about what are the different ways to cook proteins... there is a lot! I am going to go over a few of the most important (and easiest).
Grilling: Bested for tender cuts. You can place the protein in-between, over, or under the heat source with grilling.
Frying: Best when you want little damage to your protein (fishes are very easy to damage for example). Most likely to cover the protein in a batter and submerge in hot oil.
Baking: Also best when you want little damage to your proteins. Make sure not to over cook because the protein can end up dry easier.
Sautéing: Is like grilling but in your pan! Best for smaller, tender cuts. Also known as stir-frying.
